Equipment

  • Mixing Bowls: For preparing the various components like chutneys and the base mixture
  • Whisk or Fork: To mix yogurt and spices smoothly.
  • Chopping Knife: For chopping vegetables like onions, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  • Serving Platter or Plates: To serve the assembled Papdi Chaat.

Ingredients
  

Chickpea Mixture ke liye:

  • 3 tbsp Boiled chickpeas chana
  • 2tbsp Boiled potatoes aloo, diced
  • 1tbsp Finely chopped onions pyaz
  • 1 teaspoon Green chilies hara mirch, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder lal mirch powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder bhuna jeera powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • Salt namak and black salt (kala namak) to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh coriander hara dhania, chopped
  • Lemon juice nimbu ka ras

Hung Curd ke liye:

  • 300 gm Hung curd dahi jo paani nikaala gaya ho
  • 3 gm Salt namak
  • 7 gm Sugar cheeni
  • 3 gm Roasted cumin powder bhuna jeera powder

Assembly ke liye:

  • 1 tbsp. Green chutney hara chutney
  • 1 tbsp. Sweet chutney meetha chutney
  • 1 tbsp Chopped tomatoes tamatar, diced
  • 1 tbsp. Boondi crispy gram flour balls
  • 1 tbsp. Sev crispy noodles
  • 1 tbsp. Pomegranate seeds anar ke dane for garnish

Instructions
 

Chickpea Mixture Tayaar Karein:

  • Ek bowl mein, boiled chickpeas, diced potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, black salt, aur lemon juice daal kar achhe se mix karein. Isse side mein rakh dein.

Hung Curd Tayaar Karein:

  • Dusre bowl mein, hung curd ko salt, sugar, aur roasted cumin powder ke saath whisk karein jab tak yeh smooth na ho jaye.

Dip Assemble Karein:

  • Apne serving dish ke bottom mein pehle hung curd ka layer spread karein.
  • Phir is par chickpea aur potato mixture ka layer daalein.

Chutneys Daalein:

  • Is layer ke upar green chutney aur sweet chutney drizzle karein

Garnish Karein:

  • Upar se chopped tomatoes, boondi, aur sev daalein for crunch.
  • Ant mein thoda pomegranate seeds aur chopped coriander sprinkle karein for a fresh touch.

Chaat sabko pasand hai, lekin jab hum parties mein serve karte hain, toh yeh soggy ho jata hai. Is festive season mein, apne guests ko impress karein with this easy Papdi Chaat Dip. Yeh dish layers of flavors aur textures se bhari hoti hai. Chaliye, isse banana shuru karte hain!

Everyone’s mouth starts watering after hearing Chaat Papdi. The  biggest problem of serving chaat in parties is that the chaat becomes soggy. The festive season has started, which means lots of get togethers and card parties. Well parties. One thing I always make is charts. Charts are liked by everyone.

There is no one who does not like charts. How to make layers is very easy and finally I will teach you how to assemble this dip. So let’s start. There are many layers in this chart. First of all, I have chickpeas here.

I have boiled the chickpeas here.  In this we will add some potatoes, finely chopped onions, green chillies, a little red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, a little chaat masala, add salt and black salt as per taste and mix it well. Now add some finely chopped Lastly, add some lemon on top of coriander and mix it.

This mixture is quite versatile. You can use it in many things. The curd to be used for Papdi Chaat should be slightly hung i.e. used hung curd.  We will put a little salt on it, a little sugar, roasted cumin powder, whisk it well until it becomes smooth in this manner. First of all, we have to put this hung curd on the plate.

 Spread it first. We will put chickpea potatoes on top of it. Add the mixture chutney as per your choice; I am adding green chutney and sweet chutney to it. On top of this, we have to put a little tomato, boondi and sev. To garnish, a little pomegranate and finely chopped coriander. We have to put this whole thing on its sides.

Properly prepared, Papdi Chat is ready, it has crunch, it has a lot of chutney, hence it is spicy, sweet, sour, all the flavors are fun, I am sure whoever eats it will enjoy it a lot and you will enjoy it the most when you If you make this then definitely try this recipe and make your parties even more exciting.
