  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers red and green
  • 2-3 button mushrooms finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes adjust to taste
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup cooked and shredded chicken optional
  • 2-3 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with water for thickening
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • Handful of crispy fried noodles
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Sauté Aromatics:

  • Heat oil in a large pot or saucepan. Add chopped onions, garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until they turn fragrant and onions become translucent.

  • Add finely chopped cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
